Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SA AI Automations platform. By signing up, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About the Platform

SA AI Automations enables businesses to receive and manage customer orders via WhatsApp Business, including catalogue management, order display, order tracking, and payment processing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in South Africa. By registering, you confirm all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not share your account with other businesses or individuals.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, send unsolicited communications, misrepresent your business or products, or interfere with the Platform's integrity or performance.

5. WhatsApp Business Usage

Your use of WhatsApp through the Platform is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for compliance with Meta's policies. SA AI Automations is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Payment Processing

Customer payments are processed via PayFast on your behalf. You are responsible for your own PayFast merchant account. SA AI Automations does not hold or access your customer payment funds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SA AI Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages may cause temporary unavailability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay within the grace period, or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or other users.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
